The 54-Day Rosary Novena is made by praying five decades of the Rosary each day for 54 consecutive days: the first 27 days in petition, then immediately 27 days in thanksgiving, whether or not the favor has already been granted.
The traditional mystery cycle begins with the Joyful Mysteries, continues with the Sorrowful Mysteries, then the Glorious Mysteries, and repeats in that order through all 54 days.

How Each Decade Is Prayed

After announcing the mystery and saying the mystery meditation, pray one Our Father, ten Hail Marys, one Glory Be, and the Fatima Prayer. After that, say the bouquet line for the grace attached to that mystery.

Hail Holy Queen
Hail, Holy Queen, Mother of Mercy, hail our life, our sweetness and our hope. Turn then, O most gracious advocate, thine eyes of mercy towards us and after this our exile show unto us the blessed fruit of thy womb, Jesus; O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary.
