Principal Prayer for Each Day
Pray this same prayer each day after the day's meditation.
Saint Angela, you once lived for the world and for sin, but after confession and conversion you gave yourself wholly to God in penance, prayer, and service to neighbor. Pray that more people may be led to the Sacrament of Reconciliation to receive God’s mercy and healing.
Pray that we may turn from selfishness and devote ourselves more deeply to prayer, penance, and charity. Help us to seek God sincerely, accept His mercy humbly, and follow Him faithfully in the duties of our state in life.
Through your intercession, obtain for us a deep conversion of heart and the grace we now seek.
Pause here for your intention.
Amen.
