Joseph F. Stedman, Triple Novena Manual of Jesus, Mary, and Joseph (1943), p. 2 and p. 39, general saint novena directions: https://distantreader.org/stacks/pamphlets/pdf/005457173.pdf. The English collect uses The Family Prayer-Book (London: Thomas Jones, 1839), p. 66, with Andrew inserted for N. and the printed oh normalized to O: https://archive.org/details/TheFamilyPrayerBookContaining. Its abbreviated conclusion is expanded from the adjacent printed conclusion. The short antiphon is retained from Stedman; the versicle is translated from the traditional Latin text. The common prayers are written out in their received traditional English forms. This is a general form applied to St. Andrew, not the distinct modern Intercede novena previously cited.

May the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God, and all the Saints intercede with God for us.
V. The Lord hath glorified His saints. R. And hath heard them crying unto Him.
Let us pray.
Preserve us, O Lord, we beseech thee, from all dangers of body and soul: and by the intercession of glorious and blessed Mary, the ever Virgin Mother of God, of the blessed Apostles Peter and Paul, of blessed Andrew and of all thy Saints, grant us, in thy mercy, health and peace; that all adversities and errors being removed, thy Church may serve thee with a pure and undisturbed devotion. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
St. Andrew, pray for us.
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive them that trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation: but deliver us from evil. Amen.
Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now, and at the hour of our death. Amen.
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost. As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
