Official Rules

1. Sponsor and giveaway period

Sponsor: Novena Regina. Mailing address: 28104 Doyle Creek Rd., Saint Marys, KS 66536.

Entries open September 4, 2026 at 7:03 PM Central Time and close September 14, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time. The sponsor’s server clock determines whether an entry is on time.

2. Eligibility

Legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., who are at least 18 and have reached the age of majority in their state.

The sponsor, anyone helping administer the drawing, and members of their households are not eligible. U.S. territories and addresses outside the 50 states and Washington, D.C. are excluded. Void where prohibited.

3. How to enter

During the entry period, complete the form at novenaregina.com/giveaway with your name, a working email address, and state of residence. Confirm your eligibility and agreement to these Official Rules. No account is required. An on-screen confirmation acknowledges receipt; there is no separate email-confirmation requirement for entry.

Limit one entry per person for the entire giveaway. Extra email addresses, automated submissions, and duplicate entries do not provide additional chances. Incomplete or ineligible entries will not be included in the drawing.

No purchase, donation, follow, like, comment, tag, or share is required. None will improve your chances. Joining Letters & Updates is optional and has no effect on entry or selection.

4. Prize

One winner will receive one paperback copy of The Novena Regina Book of Traditional Catholic Novenas and one paperback copy of The Novena Regina Book of Traditional Catholic Confession. Shipping to the eligible winner’s U.S. address is included.

Approximate retail value: novena book $12.99; Confession book $10.95; total $23.94. Shipping is included at the sponsor’s expense.

There is one prize, consisting of both books. No cash alternative or transfer is offered. No payment, purchase, or donation is required to claim it. Any taxes legally due from the winner remain the winner’s responsibility; the sponsor will never require a payment to release the prize.

5. Random selection and odds

After entries close, the sponsor will select one potential winner randomly from all eligible entries. Each eligible person has an equal chance. The odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The initial drawing is planned for September 15, 2026. A computer-generated random selection will be made from the eligible entries, and the sponsor will retain a private record of the drawing. Follows, shares, donations, and email subscription choices will not be used in selection.

6. Winner contact and delivery

The potential winner will be contacted privately at the email address used to enter, from hello@novenaregina.com. The sponsor will verify eligibility and then request a mailing address to send the books. A mailing address is not required to enter.

The potential winner has seven calendar days from the first winner-notification email to respond. The sponsor will make one additional email contact attempt at least 48 hours before that deadline. If the entrant declines, is ineligible, or does not respond in time, the sponsor may draw an alternate at random from the remaining eligible entries using the same process.

The sponsor expects to dispatch the books by October 15, 2026, after receiving a deliverable U.S. mailing address and verifying eligibility. If an alternate selection delays this, dispatch will be within 14 days of verifying the alternate winner. Postal transit time varies.

7. Privacy and optional email updates

Entry details will be used to administer the giveaway, check eligibility, and contact the selected winner. Only the winner’s address will be collected for delivery and shared with providers needed to fulfill the prize.

The Novena Regina Letter, occasional updates, and requests for support have a separate, unchecked consent box. Entering alone does not subscribe anyone. A new email signup requires a separate confirmation. Existing subscriptions and email preferences are preserved; they can be changed through the links in those emails.

Entries are stored privately with the sponsor’s website hosting provider, Cloudflare. Only authorized administrators can access them. The site stores the name, email, state, entry time, agreement to the current rules and eligibility requirements, and any separate email choice. Short-lived, keyed hashes of connection information help limit repeated submissions; raw IP addresses are not stored in the entry records.

Nonselected entry records will be deleted by January 15, 2027. Private drawing and selected-entrant records will be retained until September 15, 2027, except where a specific legal obligation requires separate fulfillment or accounting records. Confirmed email subscriptions continue according to your separate preferences. Contact hello@novenaregina.com about access or deletion.

After the prize has been awarded, a winner-list request may be sent to hello@novenaregina.com through December 15, 2026. The response will identify the winner by first name, last initial, and state unless applicable law requires more. The winner’s full email or mailing address will not be posted publicly. A photograph, testimonial, or social post is not a condition of receiving the prize.

8. Fair administration

Entries that are automated, fraudulent, or submitted to evade the one-entry limit may be excluded. If a material technical failure or interference prevents a fair drawing, the sponsor will document the issue and publish a fair remedy consistent with applicable law.

If fraud or a material technical failure makes the advertised drawing impossible to administer fairly, the sponsor may pause entry and publish a notice on this page. Where possible, the prize will be awarded by a random drawing from the valid, unaffected entries received before the interruption. Any other remedy or cancellation must comply with applicable law and be explained publicly. The sponsor will not silently extend the deadline or change the prize to attract additional entries.

9. Meta, Facebook, and Instagram

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. Entrants provide their giveaway information to the sponsor, not to Meta.

By entering, each entrant fully releases Meta, including Facebook and Instagram, from liability arising from this giveaway and agrees to hold Meta harmless to the extent permitted by law.
