Principal Prayer for Each Day

Pray this same prayer each day after the day's meditation.

In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

Amen.

By the voice of Thy Blood, O Jesus, I seek Thee, ask Thee, and beg Thee, to help me at this time of my need.

O Jesus, I kneel at Thy bleeding feet pleading that Thou wilt hear me.

Many graces and many mercies have come from Thy Blood. My hope lives in Thee until the end of my time.

O Jesus, by Thy Precious Blood which Thou didst shed for our souls, by each drop that Thou didst shed for our redemption, and by the tears of Thy Immaculate Mother, I beseech Thee and earnestly ask Thee to listen to my prayer:

Pause here for the grace you are asking.

O Jesus, who during all the days of Thy mortal life didst console so many sufferers, heal so many infirmities, and raise so often a sinking courage, have pity on my soul who cries to Thee from the depths of my anguish.

O Jesus, from the wounds of Thy heart, may a wave of Thy merciful Blood flow and grant to me the grace that I so ardently desire.

O Jesus, hasten the moment when Thou wilt change my tears to joy and my sighs to thanksgivings.

Holy Mary, I ask thee to join with me in seeking help.

God our Father in Heaven, may Thy will be done. Amen.

Our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost. As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

Jesus Crucified, have mercy on me.

In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

Amen.
