In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

St. Anthony Mary Claret, during your life on earth you often comforted the afflicted and showed tender love and compassion for the sick and sinful.

Now that you rejoice in the reward of your virtues in heavenly glory, I humbly ask that you intercede for me in my needs

Pause here for the grace you are asking.

and grant my prayer, if such be the will of God.

Make my troubles your own.

Speak a word for me to the Immaculate Heart of Mary to obtain by her powerful intercession the grace I yearn for so ardently.

Through your prayers may she also obtain for me a blessing to strengthen me during life, to assist me at the hour of death, and to lead me to a happy eternity.

Amen.

Our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost. As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

St Anthony Mary Claret, pray for us!

In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

Amen.
