St. Mark Ji Tianxiang, you are a beacon of hope to all who struggle with deep seated habits of sin and vice.
In your life we can see that we never have a legitimate excuse to get angry or blame anyone or anything for our sins, weaknesses, faults, and failings.
Rather, strengthened by your example, may we humbly accept responsibility for our defects and with earnest effort, struggle against them as if all depended on us, but pray as if it all depended on God.
Pause here for the grace you are asking.
