O Mary, thou didst visit thy cousin Elizabeth to share the joy of the Incarnation.
Help us to recognize the presence of Christ in our lives and to bring His love to those we meet.
Thou didst bring the light of Christ to Elizabeth’s home.
May we bring the light of Christ to our families and communities.
Through thy visitation, the Holy Spirit filled thy cousin Elizabeth.
Pray for us, that we too may be filled with the Holy Spirit and proclaim the greatness of the Lord.
O Mary, thou art the Mother of our Lord and our Mother. Pray for us, that we may grow in faith, hope, and love, and bring Christ to the world.
Pray also for our intention in this novena,
Pause here for the grace you are asking.
Heavenly Father, Thou didst inspire the Blessed Virgin Mary, our Mother, to visit her cousin Elizabeth and assist her in her need.
Grant that we may also serve those in need, and proclaim Thy greatness with sincere hearts, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
Our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.
Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost. As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
Blessed Mother and St. Elizabeth, pray for us.
In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
Amen.
