Act of Spiritual Communion
A Eucharistic prayer for asking Jesus to come spiritually into the heart when sacramental Communion is not possible.

My Jesus, I believe that Thou art in the Most Holy Sacrament. I love Thee above all things, and I long for Thee in my soul.
Since I can not receive Thee now sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace Thee as already there and unite myself wholly to Thee; never permit me to be separated from Thee.
